Great location and clean room, but noisy kids kept me up at night.

The King Studio Suite was spacious and comfy. I loved the mini-fridge and microwave for late-night snacks. I enjoyed some relaxation time by the indoor pool and checking out the leisure room. Just a heads up, I noticed the bathroom could use a fan for extra comfort, but it didn't ruin my stay! 😊

Not exactly what I expected
The staff was friendly and attentive, while the location made it easy to explore downtown attractions. Clean rooms added to the appeal, creating a pleasant stay overall.
Noise from the street was bothersome, making sleep difficult. Limited breakfast options during busy times left guests waiting, which needed better handling.

had a great experience at the hampton inn! the queen studio suite was really nice and clean. i loved the personalized help from katharine at check-in, especially with transportation and local dining tips. breakfast was fresh and hot, and i felt safe walking around the area.
one mild critique is that my husband found the bed uncomfortable.

The hotel offers a unique layout with spacious rooms, providing a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the hot foods, but the packaged goods left something to be desired. On the downside, service was delayed, and the absence of coffee in the lobby after breakfast was disappointing. Additionally, noise from nearby events impacted the overall tranquility, but the central location is a significant advantage.

Perfect for Couples Looking to Get Away
We had a nice experience here. The breakfast was awesome, with everything being fresh and hot! They had a chef who was really nice and he seemed to care about the guests. The room was super clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud!
Definitely a bit pricey, but still acceptable.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We enjoyed visiting the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame and exploring the shops nearby. The hotel has a clean gym and friendly staff. Breakfast was a nice perk with a good variety. Also, the coffee in the lobby all day was a huge plus!
Only downside was the refrigerator in our room wasn’t cleaned out from the previous guests, which was a bit surprising.

Very clean room and a cozy king bed. Plus, walking downtown for a late-night bite was fabulous and felt safe! A nice little night cap after all.
The parking fee stung like a bee, especially for my budget - are we renting a spot or checking in?

Good stay despite a couple hiccups
I stayed for 2 nights in a King Room and overall it was pretty good. The place was super clean, and breakfast was hot, especially the eggs. A small bummer was there’s no coffee in the lobby after breakfast, which would’ve been nice. Plus, there was some noise from teams staying in the hotel, kinda disturbing, but it wasn’t awful.

We had a wonderful stay here, conveniently located near downtown. The hotel is family-friendly, making our visit with a toddler easier. Breakfast was a hit with everyone, especially the pancakes! Also, staff were very welcoming and addressed our needs promptly.
My kids wished for a bigger pool to play in.
