Great location and clean room, but noisy kids kept me up at night.

The King Studio Suite was spacious and comfy. I loved the mini-fridge and microwave for late-night snacks. I enjoyed some relaxation time by the indoor pool and checking out the leisure room. Just a heads up, I noticed the bathroom could use a fan for extra comfort, but it didn't ruin my stay! 😊

Perfect for Couples Looking to Get Away

We had a nice experience here. The breakfast was awesome, with everything being fresh and hot! They had a chef who was really nice and he seemed to care about the guests. The room was super clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud!

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We enjoyed visiting the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame and exploring the shops nearby. The hotel has a clean gym and friendly staff. Breakfast was a nice perk with a good variety. Also, the coffee in the lobby all day was a huge plus!

Only downside was the refrigerator in our room wasn’t cleaned out from the previous guests, which was a bit surprising.

Just a fitting option for a getaway in Knoxville with value for price. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. If you need an early check-in, just let them know in advance.

Good stay despite a couple hiccups

I stayed for 2 nights in a King Room and overall it was pretty good. The place was super clean, and breakfast was hot, especially the eggs. A small bummer was there’s no coffee in the lobby after breakfast, which would’ve been nice. Plus, there was some noise from teams staying in the hotel, kinda disturbing, but it wasn’t awful.

We had a wonderful stay here, conveniently located near downtown. The hotel is family-friendly, making our visit with a toddler easier. Breakfast was a hit with everyone, especially the pancakes! Also, staff were very welcoming and addressed our needs promptly.

My kids wished for a bigger pool to play in.
